SHIPPING POLICY
All items are "Made To Order" - Standard items (T-shirts, sweaters, and hats, etc.) generally take around 5-7 business days to process before shipping. Complex - handmade cut and sewn items (footwear, swim wear, etc.) generally take 7-10 business days to process before leaving the warehouse.
*International orders generally take 7-10 business days to process before shipping. We currently are not able to ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, Pakistan and North Korea.
We provide a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number for all orders.
*Due to Covid-19 - We cannot offer expedited or express shipping at this time. The pandemic has drastically changed the way orders are processed and shipped. Our manufacturers have made dealing with the multiple transitions and changes in the world almost seamless for us. They are onboard with providing efficient and reliable execution of our orders. Once expedited shipping returns we will be offering it to our customers. Until then, order early, and we will get your order to as quickly as we can.*
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. Exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving the item upon Approval Only.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping. Ill Star will only cover return shipping in the event that the customer received an incorrect item, size, color, etc. due to Ill Star's error.
